Try this Lower Body Circuit Workout by Keyshia Ka’oir and Ka’oir Fitness
Leg & Glute Workout:
- Lunge & Press: 12-15 Reps, Rest 30 Seconds
- Jump Plyo Combo: Work for 45 Seconds, Rest 30 Seconds
- Step Up, Knee Ups: – 12-15 Reps, Rest 30 Seconds
- Smith Machine Leg Press: – 12-15 Reps, Rest 30 Seconds
Do ALL 4 Moves in a Row. Rest for 1-2 Minutes After. Then Repeat the Same 4 Moves again, for 3-4 Rounds.
Finish Off Strong with 15-20 Minutes of Cardio (Jump Rope, Elliptical, Treadmill, Stairs) working a Medium Pace.
